Dear ladies,

Due to high demand, I am starting a six-lesson cooking course.

We will learn about salads, entrees, side dishes, main dishes, meat, chicken, fish, and dairy.

The course will take place on Sundays 19:00 – 22:00 and Mondays 10:00 – 13:30.

For every lesson we will present and prepare five recipes.

In addition, I will teach many other ideas and tips for side dishes and variety. We will also learn about carving shapes professionally with a chef's knife, how to use raw ingredients, staying organized, designing plates, flavor creation, and menu creation. All this will be accompanied by clarifications and secrets from the professional kitchen. At the conclusion of every lesson, we will taste the food we prepared and receive printed recipes.

The course will take place in my kitchen (I live in Beit Shemesh!), Ramah Gimmel, and will cost 1,200 NIS.
